Art Easely is growing, and we're looking for an Artist Success Specialist in St. George, Utah, or the surrounding area to join our team!

At Art Easely, we believe artists deserve more time to create and less time struggling with the business side of art. Our platform brings together the tools artists need to organize their work, build beautiful websites, sell their art, and grow their businesses.

But great software is only part of the equation. We believe having a real person who genuinely cares about your success makes all the difference.

About the Opportunity

We're looking for someone who's naturally friendly, thoughtful, creative, and genuinely enjoys helping others.

Our ideal candidate has a hospitality mindset. You notice the little details, anticipate people's needs, and take pride in making someone feel valued and supported.

You'll work directly with artists, helping them get comfortable with our tools, create websites they're excited to share, and take meaningful steps toward their goals.

Position: Artist Success Specialist
Location: St. George, Utah, or surrounding communities
Work Arrangement: Hybrid — primarily remote, with occasional in-person team meetings and collaboration
Schedule: Part-time or full-time availability
Compensation: $17–$22/hour, depending on experience, plus commission opportunities
Arrangement: Independent contractor (1099), subject to applicable classification requirements

We're open to working with either two part-time individuals or one person with full-time availability.

While most of your work can be done from home, we're specifically looking for someone who lives in the greater St. George area and can meet with our team in person when needed.

What You'll Do

• Help artists get started. Guide new members through setting up their accounts, organizing artwork, and using our tools.

• Create beautiful artist websites. Help artists design and customize websites using our website builder. No coding required!

• Provide exceptional customer support. Answer questions through email, text, and video calls with patience, warmth, and a problem-solving attitude.

• Build meaningful relationships. Follow up with artists, celebrate their progress, and help them feel confident using Art Easely.

• Recommend helpful services. Identify opportunities where done-for-you website design, website transfers, or marketing setup could make an artist's life easier.

• Help us improve. Share customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve our platform and customer experience.

Who We're Looking For

You might be a great fit if you:

• Genuinely love helping people and making their experiences better.

• Have excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Have a good eye for design, layout, and visual presentation.

• Enjoy learning new technology and helping others understand it.

• Are patient, organized, dependable, and proactive.

• Can manage multiple customer relationships and follow through on commitments.

• Feel comfortable recommending additional services when they're genuinely beneficial.

• Live in St. George or a surrounding community and can attend occasional in-person meetings.

Experience with website builders such as Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms is a plus.

A background in art, graphic design, galleries, creative businesses, or working with artists is also a bonus.

You don't need to be an expert in everything. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, strong people skills, creativity, and a willingness to learn.

Compensation

• $17–$22 per hour, depending on experience.

• 10% commission on add-on services you sell.

• Additional commission opportunities for bringing new artists to Art Easely, with rates up to 20% based on sales.

• Primarily remote work with occasional in-person meetings in the St. George area.
